Check Your Power Source
Make sure you are using a USB-C PD charger (45W or higher).
If your charger is underpowered, the Surface will not charge.

- Disconnect and reconnect all cables
- Ensure the Surface connector is fully inserted
- Try a different USB-C PD charger

Try your PD charger with another USB-C device to confirm it is working.
